NAEJA continuously accepts resumes for the following fields:

-Synthetic Organic / Medicinal Chemists  to become part of a team that performs lead optimization and process and scale-up of lead molecules. Candidates require an MSc. or Ph.D. in organic or medical chemistry with at least 3-5 years pharmaceutical industrial laboratory experience. Demonstrated hands on skills and strong knowledge of modern organic reactions are essential. Problem solving skills in spectroscopic identification and chromatographic separation of compounds are required. Candidates must have strong verbal and written communications skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision in a multidisciplinary enviroment.
